To access the Platforms, you must register an account and create login credentials, including usernames and passwords. You are responsible for safeguarding your login information and must not disclose it to any third party. You must immediately notify TintedMD of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach by emailing [email protected].

TintedMD’s Role

TintedMD is not an insurance provider and does not dispense medications or physical medical products. TintedMD’s role is limited to providing access to telehealth-related information and facilitating connections with licensed healthcare professionals.

TintedMD is independent of healthcare providers delivering services through the Platforms and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or communications. TintedMD does not practice medicine and does not provide medical advice or treatment.

Your Representations and Warranties

By registering on the Platforms, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least eighteen (18) years of age;

2. You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions;

3. All information provided during registration is accurate and complete;

4. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations;

5. You will not interfere with others’ use of the Websites or Platforms;

6. You will not disrupt TintedMD’s or its vendors’ security measures;

7. You will promptly update inaccurate or misleading information;

8. Healthcare services accessed through the Platforms are not insured services;

9. Fees paid do not guarantee availability or approval of healthcare services;

10. You are accessing the Platforms for yourself or a minor for whom you are the legal guardian.

Termination

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Websites or Platforms. TintedMD may terminate access at its sole discretion, with or without notice. You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing use of the Websites and Platforms.

All disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, and surviving provisions remain in effect following termination.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or objectionable content

• Misrepresent identity or affiliation

• Collect or misuse personal data of others

• Reverse engineer or tamper with platform technology

• Access accounts or systems without authorization

• Use automated tools to overload systems

• Send spam, phishing, or promotional messages

• Introduce malware or harmful code

• Violate laws or regulations

• Share login credentials

• Circumvent authentication controls

• Assist others in prohibited activities

Intellectual Property Rights and Content
